Dear All,

 

As an endeavour to smoothen the appraisal process we are bringing an option to View and Update Goals in  MyCyient.

(before the Self-Appraisal begins from 1st week of March).

 

This initiative will enable the following benefits to associates who are ‘eligible’ to participate in the current appraisal cycle.

 

1.       View Goals – This link is activated for all associates who are eligible for appraisal in this Appraisal Cycle. They will be able  to view their goals for the current year and request their managers to modify them in case their role changed midway in the year or got enhanced or enlarged.

2.       View and Update Goals – This is link is activated for all managers who have reportees. Managers can view and update the goals of their reportees if needed to make them more relevant.

 

A detailed document is attached to explain,  the step by step process to view and update goals. You may reach out to your business HR SPOC for any help at any time. This link will be open from today 13th Feb to 20th  Feb for all associates to enable them to make suitable changes as required. All these changes made will reflect in the Self-Appraisal cycle starting on 1st week of March. The reporting structure shown in the tool is  as per the current structure in iHR.  If you want any changes in reporting structure contact your HR SPOC’s.

 

This entire process is enabled in MyCyient for an easier, ease of use experience. Still, in case you face any technical issues kindly raise a global helpdesk ticket.

 

Request all to go through their goals and request their managers for goal modification/change if required. Currently the goals as uploaded in July 2014 are displayed.

PS: Eligible Associates for this appraisal cycle: Eligibility for appraisal process is all associates who joined us on or before 30th  September 2014 and are on confirmed rolls of the company. Campus hires/fresher hired during 2014 either in training or on probation are not covered in this cycle.

Note : For this cycle your Manager as on 15th Feb will be your appraiser.
