Dear All,
We are pleased to announce the initiation of the Project Feedback functionality (PFB) in e3. You can access this either in attention required section or in the e3 menu from today (17th Feb) onwards.
The salient features of the enhanced PFB are:
1)
Associates and their Project assessors can complete the project feedback as and when associates move from project to project. This way, going forward there would be no need to wait for the launch of the annual PA process to receive their feedback.
2)
Associates can get the feedback on the respective projects throughout the year – thus helping them assess their contributions and help them manage their performance all through the year.
3)
The workflow of the PFB to the Project assessors is automated – based on the project set up in e3 and associate just needs to fill in the self-assessment and submit the PFB.
4)
To enable a good differentiation among the scores a 7 point scale has been used for each PFB parameter with 1 being lowest and 7 being highest. In case a parameter is not applicable it may be marked as NA.
5)
The summary of the PFB will be available in Performance appraisal section of MyCyient.
6)
The weightage for each project in the summarized PFB parameter scores will be based on the weighted average of the PFB. This will be computed considering the number of hours that the associate spent in that project in comparison to total number of hours
the associate worked through the year and the rating for that parameter in that project.
7)
A number of the parameters for assessment in the PFB are same as the goals in the Performance appraisal and hence this will provide an input to the current assessors.
Please note that as we are launching the system now, you are requested to go to e3 (action required section or the Project feedback section in the menu) and complete the self-assessment on your projects that are uploaded
in the system. This will then be used as input for the 2014-15 appraisal.
The projects will be assessed by the respective Project assessors and will form an important basis for the 2014-15 appraisal.
You are requested to complete your self-assessments and assessors assessments of the PFB in e3 by 02nd March 2015.
Please note that there will be no extensions of this date as the Self-Appraisals will begin on 4th March. Please note that incomplete PFB will not be considered for the Self-Appraisal process which will immediately
follow the PFB process. Please refer the help document in the relevant sections in e3 for further help.
